We offer several shipping tiers to balance speed and cost. Please find the details for your specific shipping method below.

1. Fast & Free Shipping (MoreSaver)

• Eligibility: Orders over $79 containing qualifying items shipping to physical addresses within the Contiguous US (Lower 48).

• Processing: Generally leaves our warehouse in 1–2 business days.

• Carrier: Shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

• Exclusions: Does not apply to PO Boxes, Freight items, or specific products marked "Does Not Ship Free."

• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both free-shipping and non-free-shipping items, you will only be charged for the weight of the non-qualifying items.

• Promotions: Qualification is based on the order total before promotional codes or gift certificates are applied.

2. Paid Ground & Expedited Shipping

• Daily Cutoff: Paid Ground and Expedited orders placed by 1:00 PM (local warehouse time) ship the same business day.

• Expedited Options: FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight are available at checkout.

• Delivery Days: Expedited packages deliver Monday–Friday. Saturday delivery is not currently available. (Example: An Overnight order placed Friday before 1:00 PM will deliver on Monday).

• Ground Delivery: FedEx Home delivers to residences Tuesday–Saturday; FedEx Ground delivers to businesses Monday–Friday.

3. Freight Shipments (Large/Heavy Items)

Items marked with the Truck Freight Logo must ship on a pallet.

• Processing: Requires 2–4 business days for warehouse preparation.

• Liftgate Service: If your delivery location lacks a loading dock or forklift, you must select the "Liftgate" option at checkout to avoid significant carrier surcharges.

• Business vs. Residential: Shipping to a verified business address is generally more cost-effective than residential delivery.

• Custom Quotes: Our site quotes one pallet per item. If ordering multiple freight items, call 1-800-600-0033 for a consolidated custom quote.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS and work frequently with Freight Forwarders.

• Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for all local duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are collected by your local agents upon arrival.

• Restrictions: We cannot ship perishables, liquid yeast, drop-ship items, or large freight (BrewSculptures/Conicals) directly to international addresses. These may, however, be sent to a US-based freight forwarder.

• Risk: International shipments and perishables are sent at the customer's risk. We cannot replace items damaged or rejected by customs.

• Electricity: All electrical equipment is wired for 110v with US plugs unless otherwise noted.

5. APO & FPO Military Shipments

• Service: All military orders ship via USPS.

• Rates: APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

• Restrictions: We cannot ship drop-ship or freight items to military addresses.

• Transit Time: Deliveries to zip codes starting with numbers other than 9 may take up to 21 days.
