Order Accuracy and Changes

To maintain our fast shipping standards, orders will be processed and shipped as listed unless we are notified of a change before the shipment departs.
Inventory and Shortages
If an item on your order is unavailable or on back-order, we will notify you via email. In these instances, you have the following options:
Substitutions: You may request a substitute item or a change to the order.
Response Window: We require a response within one business day regarding how you would like to proceed.
Automatic Processing: If we do not receive a response within one business day, we will ship the available portion of the order and remove the unavailable item to avoid further delays.
