If you need to add items to an order that has not yet been processed, we offer two methods to ensure your shipment remains complete.


Option 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)

For the fastest resolution, you can cancel your recent order and place a new one with the additional items.

  1. Log in to your Brewmaster account.

  2. Navigate to My Account > View Account > Orders.

  3. If the order is still eligible for modification, click the Cancel Order button next to the order number.

  4. Place a new order with all required items.


Option 2: Contact Customer Service

If you prefer to have us manually add items, please contact our support team:

  • By Phone: (Preferred) Calling is the fastest way to ensure items are added before the order moves to the warehouse.

  • By Email: We will attempt to process emailed add-on requests whenever possible. However, due to our fast processing times, emailed additions are not guaranteed and may result in additional lead time.
