If you need to change your delivery address, shipping speed, or pickup method, please refer to the current status of your order below.
1. If Your Order Has Not Shipped
If your order is still processing, you have two options to update your information:
Self-Service (Fastest): Log in to your account, navigate to the "Orders" page, and cancel the existing order. You can then immediately place a new order with the correct address or shipping service.
Customer Service: Contact us with your Order Number and the new shipping details. We will do our best to catch the order before it leaves our warehouse.
2. If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, the ability to change the address depends on the shipping method used:
FedEx: We can often request a reroute or address change for a fee (currently $17.00). You can also contact FedEx directly; they may be able to hold the shipment at a local hub for pickup at no extra charge.
USPS: Addresses cannot be changed or rerouted once the package has shipped.
Freight: Address changes are possible, but fees vary significantly by carrier and service level.
Note: Shipping services (e.g., switching from Ground to Overnight) cannot be changed once the package has left our doors.
3. Warehouse Pickup & Retail Store Transfers
Warehouse Pickup: Our distribution centers are not set up for retail customer pickups.
Retail Store Pickup (California Only): If you live near one of our California retail stores, you may contact that store directly. They can assist in transferring your online order for an in-store pickup.
