PBW stands for Powder Brewery Wash, which is a non-hazardous buffered alkaline brewery cleaner. This is great for cleaning anything that is visually dirty. You will want to use with hot water and make sure to rinse after using.
Use 1 to 3 ounces per gallon depending on soil load.
