At MoreBeer! Pro, MoreWine! Pro, and Brewmaster Wholesale, we aim to make high-volume shipping as seamless as possible. Because freight logistics involve specialized Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation, tracking works a bit differently than a standard small-parcel package.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. You may notice your Invoice Number listed as the tracking number, which we assign as the BOL number in order to link tracking through our websites.
Please note that carrier websites will not recognize this number on their public tracking pages.
How to View Your Tracking Details
Log In: Go to your respective wholesale site (MoreBeerPro.com, MoreWinePro.com, or BrewmasterWholesale.com) and log into your account.
Access Your Orders: Click on the "Orders" tab within your account dashboard.
Find Your Order: Locate the specific order you wish to track.
Click "View Tracking": Depending on the progress of your shipment, you will see different action buttons. Once the order has left our warehouse, a "View Tracking" button will appear. Clicking this will provide the carrier and current transit status.
