Pallet shipments work differently than standard mail. Follow these three steps to protect your order and track it accurately.

1. How to Track (Invoice# = BOL#)

Your shipping confirmation contains a BOL Number, which is identical to your Invoice Number.

  • The Shortcut: Log into your account on our website and click the tracking link in your Order History.

  • Why: Our link is a "master key" that bypasses the carrier’s login requirements.

  • Timing: Tracking usually takes 24-48 hours to go live after the pallet leaves our warehouse.

2. The "Golden Rule" of Delivery

When the driver askes you to sign your delivery receipt, you are signing a legal contract stating the items are perfect. Check the pallet before the driver leaves.

  • See Damage? Write "DAMAGED" clearly on the Delivery Receipt before signing.

  • Can’t Inspect Yet? Write "Subject to Inspection" next to your signature.

  • Take Photos: Snap a few pictures of the pallet while it is still on the truck.

3. IMPORTANT: Never Refuse a Shipment

Even if the pallet looks like it fell off a cliff, ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. * Do not tell the driver to "Return to Sender."

  • The Process: Accept the load → Note damage on the receipt → Contact us with photos.

  • It is much faster and cheaper for us to send a replacement than to "bounce" a heavy pallet back across the country.
