1. How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves one of our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • FedEx: Generally used for orders over 5 lbs.

  • USPS: Generally used for light/small orders under 5 lbs.

A Note on USPS Tracking: If your order is traveling via USPS, please be aware that their tracking system can sometimes lag. It is common for a package to show no updates for several days, only to update the very day it arrives at your door. We ask that you allow up to one week for the tracking to refresh before reaching out, as USPS often experiences local backups.


2. How long will it take to arrive?

While we provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, please note that transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Non-Guaranteed: MoreSaver!, standard Ground, and USPS services do not have guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Guaranteed Services: If you have a strict deadline (like a planned brew day), we recommend FedEx Priority Overnight or First Overnight, which are our only guaranteed transit services.


3. I thought I had Free Shipping. Why am I being charged?

We love offering free shipping through our MoreSaver! Program, but there are a few specific reasons why a shipping charge might appear:

  • Order Total: To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must be over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $12.99.

  • Excluded Items: Some items are too heavy or fragile for the MoreSaver! program. Common exclusions include:

    • Fragile Glass: Bottles and glass carboys.

    • Freight Items: Extra-large equipment that requires a pallet.

    • Drop-Ship Items: Products shipped directly from the supplier.

  • Check the Disclaimer: Every product page lists if an item is ineligible for free shipping or requires special freight handling.


4. Can I get a shipping quote before I buy?

Yes! You don't have to guess. You can see your exact shipping costs by entering your address details in the shopping cart. Our system will generate a real-time quote for various shipping methods before you finalize your purchase.


5. Can you provide the exact dimensions of my shipping box?

We can provide the dimensions of the individual items themselves, but we cannot provide the final shipping box dimensions or weights. Our warehouse team uses various box sizes and often combines items into one or more packages to ensure everything arrives safely and efficiently.


6. Do you ship internationally?

We do! We want to help brewers across the globe. Here are the key things to know:

  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their home country.

  • Restrictions: Certain items (like liquid yeast or heavy equipment) may be restricted or too large and/or heavy to ship internationally.
