Once your order has left our warehouse, the "Transit Time" is the number of business days it takes the carrier to deliver the package to your door.
1. Our Central Shipping Advantage
We ship most orders from our centrally located warehouse in Kansas City. This strategic location allows us to reach almost any destination in the lower 48 states within 3–4 business days using standard Ground shipping.
2. Estimated Transit Times (Ground Shipping)
Use the table below to estimate your delivery window based on your region:
| Region | Estimated Transit Time |
| Midwest / Central US | 1–2 Business Days |
| East Coast | 3–4 Business Days |
| West Coast | 3–4 Business Days |
| Alaska & Hawaii | 5–7 Business Days (via USPS) |
Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Understanding "Business Days"
Carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) calculate transit times based on Business Days.
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as transit days for most services.
Holidays: Major national holidays are not transit days and may shift your delivery date.
Example: If an order ships on Friday with a "2-Day Transit Time," it will arrive on Tuesday.
4. Carrier Delivery Schedules
FedEx Home Delivery: Delivers to residential addresses Tuesday – Saturday.
FedEx Ground: Delivers to business addresses Monday – Friday.
USPS: Delivers to residential addresses Monday – Saturday.
5. Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
Initial Update: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for the first tracking update to appear.
Daily Updates: We recommend checking your tracking link 24 hours after shipment for a "Scheduled Delivery Date" provided directly by the carrier.
