Will Call (Local Pickup)

For customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Scheduling and Readiness

  • Advance Notice: Will call orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Pickup Confirmation: Please wait for an email stating "Your Order Has Shipped." This serves as your notification that the order is ready for pickup.

  • Add-ons and Changes: We cannot accept add-on items at the time of pickup. All changes or additions must be submitted more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Arrival Procedures

  • Parking: Please park on the ramp near the loading docks, located under the "MoreFlavor" sign.

  • Check-in: Once parked, please check in at the warehouse office.

Shipping Policies and Terms

Freight and Pallet Shipments

Pallet rates are calculated by zip code and displayed at checkout, along with any applicable residential or lift-gate charges.

  • Carrier Requests: If you require a specific carrier, call us at 1-888-288-8922. Note that custom carrier requests may result in higher costs and different transit times than our standard fixed rates.

  • Additional Services: Fees for address changes, inside delivery, or redelivery will be added to your invoice.

Regional Restrictions

  • Alaska and Hawaii: We do not ship freight or pallets directly to these states. Orders are restricted to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Next Day/2nd Day.

Billing and Legal Responsibility

  • Third-Party Accounts: We do not bill directly to customer FedEx or UPS accounts.

  • FOB Origin: All orders are shipped FOB: Origin. Legal ownership of the products transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
