Unfortunatly, we don't always get that information from the vendors. When we do we will update the invoice with that information but we don't always get it. Blichmann products are delivered in under a week, while other vendors can take 1-3 weeks for delivery. If you order has shipped but there isn't a tracking number and it's been over four weeks please give us a call at 800-600-0033.
