2. Specialized Items (Drop Ships & Freight)
Some items follow a unique fulfillment path. If your item is labeled as "Drop Shipped" or "Custom Build," it is sent directly from our supplier or requires specialized assembly.
Lead Times: Please check the specific item’s detail page for estimated shipping windows.
Delivery Window: Drop-shipped items typically arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on the vendor (e.g., Blichmann Engineering items often arrive in under a week, while others may take longer).
Tracking Information: * Tracking numbers for drop shipments are provided as soon as they are shared with us by the manufacturer.
Your digital invoice and order status will update automatically once this information is available.
Note: If your order status is "Shipped" but no tracking number is visible, the item is in transit, but the vendor has not yet synced the specific carrier details.
3. Pre-Orders and "Prebook" Items
If you purchased a Pre-Order or Prebook item, your order is held until the inventory arrives at our facility.
Finding Dates: Estimated arrival dates are listed at the top of the product description page.
Delays: While we strive for accuracy, incoming shipment delays can occur. If the product page has no specific date, it means we are currently awaiting a confirmed update from the manufacturer.
