There are a few other reasons why your order may not have left our doors within a day it was ordered. We may have your order but we have just not got to it yet. If you placed an order we will get to it and the inventory has already been allocated for your order. So no need to worry! Sit back relax and have a delicious beverage. We will be shipping your order out asap!
You can log in online to check your order as well. If your order status online says "In Warehouse, Not Picked" that means that we have just not got to it yet. If you need help logging in to see your order please let us know.
Also depending on the Shipping Type selected at checkout and the type of item ordered, you may have a different delivery date.
Shipping Types:
MoreSaver Shipping/Free Shipping orders generally don't leave our doors for 1-2 days after the order is placed. All other domestic shipping types usually leave our doors within 1 business day of ordering, and certain international types might take an extra day to process.
Drop Shipments:
Specific items such as drop shipped, days to build, freighted items, and a few others have specific lead times listed on the item detail page for them. Items that are drop shipped from the supplier to you can take between 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on the vendor.
Pre-Orders:
If you placed a Pre-Order with us or purchased an item that was tagged as a "Prebook Item" at checkout, we do our best to note the date of arrival at the top of the product description. Please check here first for information. If there is no information then we typically don't have any extra information or its about to arrive to us. We also may experience delays in inventory coming to us which we cannot control. We are doing our very best to get your order filled!
