We strive to keep our inventory fully stocked at all times. If an item is temporarily unavailable, here is how you can find information on its return and how to secure your order.

1. Checking for Restock Dates (ETA)

If we have a confirmed date for when an item will return to our warehouse, we post it directly on the product page.

  • Where to look: Visit the specific product page and scroll to the "Description" section.

  • How to identify: For your convenience, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates are highlighted in yellow within the description.

  • If no date is listed: This means we are still awaiting a firm arrival date from our manufacturer and do not have additional information at this time.

2. Ordering Out-of-Stock Items

Our website generally only allows purchases for items currently in stock or those designated as "Pre-Order."

  • Custom Orders: If you wish to purchase an item that is out of stock (and not available for pre-order online), please contact our Customer Service Department to place a special order.

  • Shipping Policy for Out-of-Stock Items: Please note that if you place an order for an out-of-stock item, your entire order will be held until it is 100% complete. We do not split backorders; the shipment will only leave our doors once every item is ready.

  • Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed to reserve your place in the fulfillment queue.
