What is Brehm frozen fruit?

Brehm frozen fruit is frozen must and juice sourced from World Class vineyards.  It is a product that we sell and can ship directly to a customers house.  We offer this product year round but you will to check stock on our website to see what is currently being offered.



What are the benefits of Brehm frozen grapes?

You can make high-quality wine from grapes any time of year which can be shipped right to your door, they are sourced from World Class vineyards and better than what most home winemakers have access to. 


Whites are already destemmed, crushed and settled so no crusher or press is needed. 

Reds are already destemmed and crushed, so only a press is needed. 


Lastly, pH, TA and Brix measurements are included with each frozen fruit.

How many gallons of wine can one make from one pail?

5 gallons of wine from one 6 gallon pail of frozen white wine juice.

3 to 3.5 gallons of wine from one 6 gallon pail of frozen red wine must.



Does Brehm frozen fruit come with all the yeast & clarifirers?

No. You will need to select your own yeast and additives. We also recommend our BF990 or BF995 additive packs for red/white wines with Brehm fruit.
