Our special order process allows you to tap into our global network of suppliers to find that one specific fitting, replacement part, or unique piece of hardware.


How the Process Works

  1. Request: Email our team with the specific part name, manufacturer, and part number (if available).

  2. Setup: Our product team will work with the supplier to add the item to our system.

  3. Fulfillment: We will provide you with a quote and a lead time based on the shipping method you choose.


Shipping Options & Lead Times


We offer two ways to receive your special order, depending on your budget and timeline:


  • Option 1: Express (Direct Ship)

    • Best For: When you need the part as soon as possible.

    • Process: The item is shipped directly from the supplier to your door.

    • Cost: You are responsible for the full cost of shipping.

  • Option 2: Value (Consolidated International Shipment)

    • Best For: Saving money on international shipping for non-urgent parts.

    • Process: we add your part to our next bulk Purchase Order with that supplier. The item travels in our sea container.

    • Cost: Significant savings on international shipping.

    • Timeline: Please note that sea containers can take 2+ months to arrive once our orders are placed and processed by the supplier.


Special Order Fees & Policies


To manage the logistics of non-stocked items, the following policies apply:

  • The "SPECO" Fee: For suppliers located outside of the United States, a $75 Special Order Fee (SPECO) is applied to the order. This fee covers the specialized handling required by our warehouse team if shipped on PO or helps offset customs duties and international processing when shipped direct.

    • Note: This fee is waived for special orders shipped direct from suppliers located within the US.

  • Returns & Refunds: Because these items are not part of our regular inventory and are ordered specifically for you, all special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
