We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on almost all products. If an product has a shorter warranty it is noted in the product. If you have a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible! Product defects and damage must be reported within the warranty period to be considered for repair or replacement. Please fill out the form and we will get back to you asap. You can also call our customer support team at 1.800.600.0033 if there is an emergency to speak with a customer service agent directly. We will either repair or replace your damaged product. While most products are serviced or replaced directly by us, Brewie machines are serviced by the manufacturer at a U.S. based service center.
